Our Story

Vitznoir Caviar was born from an appreciation for gastronomy, fine hospitality, and the traditions surrounding one of the world's most celebrated delicacies.

The idea began to take shape in Switzerland, where an education in luxury hospitality and management sparked a growing interest in caviar and the culture surrounding it. A visit to Vitznau in 2023, with its distinctive approach to hospitality and dining, would later inspire the name Vitznoir.

Founded in 2024, Vitznoir was established with a vision to introduce carefully selected caviar to Nigeria and the wider West African market, while making the experience of enjoying it more accessible to a new generation of enthusiasts.

Beyond its collection, Vitznoir seeks to build an appreciation for caviar through education, thoughtful pairings, and curated dining experiences. From traditional accompaniments to unexpected culinary combinations, the brand embraces both the heritage of caviar and the possibilities of enjoying it in new ways.
