Over time, caviar became more than fine dining. Its versatility, atmosphere, and sense of ritual revealed a deeper connection to lifestyle, celebration, and modern luxury.

In 2023, during a stay in Vitznau, Switzerland, the vision behind the brand became clear. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, exceptional gastronomy, and unforgettable hospitality, the inspiration behind Vitznoir was born. The name itself was inspired by a place that embodied warmth, discretion, and timeless elegance.
